Each year, Y-CLAP selects and trains 30–40 young individuals with strong potential in climate leadership. Participants gain interdisciplinary knowledge and leadership training with a global perspective.
Participants work in teams under expert mentorship to design and implement climate or sustainability projects with measurable impact. Selected projects may be further supported and publicly showcased.
Participants produce high-quality outputs including articles, videos, and research reports disseminated through partner media and institutional platforms to amplify impact.
Y-CLAP connects participants with international organizations, academic institutions, and global forums, fostering long-term collaboration and knowledge exchange.
